Personally handmade by me, Press On Nails in beautiful designs, that can be tailored to different sizes and colours do require a processing time.

I'm committed to providing a seamless shipping experience for all orders so costs of shipping will clearly show at checkout. The costs shown are for the whole of the order, not for each item purchased.
UK & Channel Islands Courier / Royal Mail depending on parcel size £3.99
Free UK shipping when spending over £40
Rest of the world £10.99
Free shipping when spending over £80
Sets of 10 will be shipped in suitable boxes which may vary from the one photographed.
Sets of 20 or more are sent on card in holo bag and padded envelope.
Please be aware we are not responsible for any import duties you may incur, so before placing your order, it's an idea to please check taxes/import levels required for purchases shipped to your own country from the UK.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Nails By Sue, we want you to shop with confidence, and customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If for any reason your nails are recieved faulty or damaged, please use the contact form or send us an email.
There is a guide to measuring your nails in the FAQ section, so be sure to use this.
As your nails are custom made for you, we cannot be responsible for incorrect measuring, and will be unable to cancel, exchange or refund nails sets once we begin making them.
If you're unsure on the measurements we offer ready to ship, fits all sets, or sizing kits are available separately.
